This section of the site will list any late deals which Chalet World have on offer.  This page may change quite frequently when the season gets underway, so check back often if you are looking for a bargain.

Chalet World run a number of promotions throughout the year.  Details of these promotions and other special offers will be shown on this page.  Some Special Offers only run for a set period of time though, so make sure you check back regularly to see what offers you can get.

If you would rather browse our chalets by resort, then this is the place for you.  Within this section all the countries and resorts within those countries, which Chalet World currently have chalets in, are listed here.  Simply click on a resort and you will see the 'Resort Details' page for more information.

Chalet World appreciate that sometimes, you would like a little help in finding a Chalet which meets a particular criteria - good for beginners, lively apres-ski, etc.  In this section of the site, we have created 'top ten' tables of chalets for a variety of criteria.  The 'top ten' lists are Chalet Worlds own opinion based upon experience and past customer comments and by no means represent an industry or offical standards body opinion.

We want our site to be a place where you can find out other information about your resort and other ski related information.  To do this we have created a links page which we will gradually build up to create a comprehensive set of ski-related links.  If you know of a good site which you think we should list, please 'Contact Us'

If you have not booked through Chalet World before, then one of the best ways to get a feel for your experience of booking through us, is to read the experience of others.  On this page you will see a few quotes from customers past and present who have expressed an opinion on the service provided by Chalet World

Once you have submitted your search you will be presented with a list of matching chalets.  Chalets are displayed 10 at a time on a page.   There are a number of ways to move through the results:

 - Select to move formward to the next page

 - Select to move back to the previous page

 - Select a page number from the drop down list, then click this, to move directly to that page

If you want to alter your search criteria click:

 - you will be returned to either the 'Quick Search' page or the 'Advanced Search' page (depending on which you started at).

To view a chalet simply hover over the Chalet details in the results list and click.  You will then be taken to the 'Chalet Details' page.  If you are using Netscape, you will need to click the link to view the details.

To the right of each Search Result, you will see a small tick box.  If you select this tick box, the associated Chalet will be added to the compare function.  You may add up to 4 chalets at any one time.  When you have added some chalets to compare, click the  button to go to the 'Compare' page.  To remove a chalet from compare, un-tick the chalet you no longer wish to compare.

If you are finding that you are constantly getting no results on your searches, try broadening your search by leaving some of the criteria as 'Any'.  You can always narrow the search down again later.

Within the 'Comparison' page, a table will be shown with a variety of details of each of the chalets that have been added to the chalet.  By looking across the rows, you should be able to see the variations between the chalets and the resorts.  To get the full information about a Chalet, click the 'Full Details' Link. 

To remove a chalet from the table, you can click the 'remove from compare' link which you will find at the bottom of each Chalet.

Within the resort details page, you will find a wealth of information and statistics about the resort.    You can read a general description of the resort, along with more specific descriptions of the Apres-Ski, Eating Out, Activities and Activities for Children.

To view Chalets at this resort, you select Chalets for the drop down boxes at the top-right-hand corner of the page.  The drop downs each relate to a particular Chalet World Rating, so decide what quality of Chalet you require and select the Chalet from the drop down list.  Within the list, the chalet name, along with the number of people it can sleep is displayed for your ease. 

The Chalet page describes each chalet in full detail, including distance from the town centre and lifts, to all the facilities available, to the catering information for the Chalet.  Prices and availability are listed (where available), along with the Chalet layout.

Photos, plans, maps and 360 degree views are also available for some chalets.

A number of buttons appear to the bottom-right of the page, these include:

 - To find out about the Travel Options and Group Discounts available for the chalet, click this option.

 - To register your interest in a particular Chalet - this will take you to an enquiry form.  Complete the required fields and click 'Send Enquiry'

 - To add the Chalet to the compare table, click this button.

 - To remove the Chalet from the compare table, click this button

 - To go to the Compare page, click this button.

 - To print out the page on your printer, click this button.

 - To email a direct link to this page to a friend, click this button, enter an email address in the pop-up box and an email will be sent directly to that email address.
